At Viking Fire Tools, we value fast and secure delivery of your orders.
Here is an overview of our shipping and delivery policy:
Processing time:
We process and ship your order within 2–3 business days. Please note that this time is not included in the estimated delivery time.
Delivery time:
Your order will be delivered within 5–10 business days from the date the package is shipped.

We are not responsible for packages lost due to the customer providing an incomplete or incorrect address. To avoid delivery problems, please carefully check that your delivery details are correct.
Returns:
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee, which means you have 14 days from receipt of your item to request a return. Returns sent back after 14 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.
Please note that we do NOT offer free return labels. It is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return shipping.
If an order is returned after 14 days from the delivery date, half of the original price will be deducted from the refund. To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition as when you received it – unused, with all labels intact and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Return policy
Items returned must be unused and in their original packaging. We do not accept returns of items that have been used, damaged, washed, or modified in any way. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
How to make a return

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive instructions on how and where to send the item to Sweden. Please note that we cannot accept items without prior approval.
Incorrect delivery
If you have received an incorrect item, you must notify us by email at kontakt@vikingfiretools.se  within 48 hours of receipt. Errors that are not reported within this time frame do not entitle you to compensation or a replacement delivery.
Please note that the original shipping costs will not be refunded, and the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. Refunds will be processed within seven business days after we have received the returned package.
Fees
The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Damage and defects
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong product. This will help us to quickly resolve the issue.
To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, free of stains, and original labels must be intact. In the case of defective items, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery.
Replacement of defective items
If an item is defective, we can offer a replacement free of charge, provided that the defect is reported within 30 days of the delivery date. After this period, we only offer replacement and not a refund. In the event of faults caused by incorrect use or accidents, replacement cannot be offered.
Exchanges
To quickly receive the correct product, we recommend that you return the incorrect item. Once the return has been approved, we will process your new order. Please note that a shipping cost of $60 will be added for exchanges.
Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If your refund is approved, it will be made via your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear may vary depending on your bank or credit card company.
If the item is damaged upon receipt, please send us a photo or video as proof. In cases where an item has not been delivered due to an incorrect address, we can offer a redelivery.
Cancellations
You can cancel or change your order within 60 minutes of placing it. Contact us at kontakt@vikingfiretools.se with your order number.
Unclaimed or refused packages
If a package is refused or cannot be delivered, a fee of SEK 500 will be charged to cover administrative costs from the shipping companies. It is necessary to collect the package and send it to the return address provided after contacting our customer service.
